Terms of Business
These Terms of Business are between Credit Hire Recruitment and the prospective employer ("Employer") and any use of our services by the "Employer" is deemed accepting of these terms.
FOR EMPLOYERs:
Credit Hire Recruitment will seek to obtain candidates, on your behalf, and to fulfil relevant roles within the company of the "Employer".
This includes, but is not limited to:
(a) Advertising the role
(b) Seeking relevant candidates for the role
(c) Vetting Candidates
(d) Obtaining CVs
(e) Liaising with both the candidate and the "Employer" regarding interviews
(f) Providing feedback to the candidate, from the "Employer" where appropriate
(g) Providing offers of employment, to the candidate, from the "Employer"
A fee will not become due, for the above services, if the candidate is unsuccessful.
Where the "Employer" offers the candidate a position at their company an agency fee, representing 12.5% of the starting salary, will become payable by the "Employer" to Credit Hire Recruitment with such sum being payable within thirty (30) days.
The business of Credit Hire Recruitment is to place candidates with prospective employers. Where a successful candidate chooses to leave the company fails to pass their probation period, or leaves the business for any other reason, this is considered outside of our control and no refund will become payable. There is a caveat to this. At all times we wish to maintain a good working relationship with our partners and where appropriate we shall seek to provide a replacement candidate at a reduced rate. This is dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
If a candidate is unsuccessful, and the "Employer" wishes to retain the candidate's records on file, the following terms apply:
(a) If the "Employer" offers the candidate a position within their company, within 12 months, a fee representing 12.5% will be payable by the "Employer" to Credit Hire Recruitment with such fee becoming payable within thirty (30) days.
(b) Where the "Employer" offers the candidate a position within their company, over 12 months after the initial introduction, no fee will become payable.
Credit Hire Recruitment wishes to avoid hiring candidates via multiple agencies. Where an "Employer" receives an introduction from another source, and where Credit Hire Recruitment has previously introduced the candidate, the "Employer" is asked to advise the competing agency that the candidate has already been introduced to them. In such circumstances, where the "Employer" offers the candidate a position within their company, a fee representing 12.5% of the starting salary will immediately become payable to Credit Hire Recruitment from the "Employer".
FOR CANDIDATES:
Credit Hire Recruitment will use its skills and resources to place the prospective candidates in their desired roles.
There is no fee for the above service.
To maximise the potential of an offer of employment each candidate agrees to provide necessary documentation, including CVs and replies, promptly.
Candidates may, should they wish, use more than one agency. However, to avoid multiple introductions to the same company, the candidate agrees to keep a list confirming where introductions have been made.
Candidates further agree not to allow their name to be introduced to the same potential employer by a competing agency.
The reason for this is that, where multiple introductions have been made, many employers choose not to employ that candidate because of the potential to pay two or more agency fees.
